Private Lessons
Private lessons are great for making incredible strides in a shorter amount of time as a result of one-on-one attention. Our trained instructors will work with you to grow from your current ability level and help you become more confident and comfortable skiing/snowboarding.
All lesson participants are recommend to arrive 40 minutes before the lesson start time to retrieve tickets & rentals and head to the lesson meeting spot.
All-in price with ticket and rentals included. If you are a season pass holder, you may deduct $80 the included ticket price from total price in the checkout. Rentals are free. All lessons include ticket and rental equipment (skis or snowboard, boots, helmet, and poles).

WEATHER, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND, POLICY
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY FOR PRIVATE LESSONS:
- Cancellations less than 48 hours are non-refundable.
- Cancellations over 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled or issued a gift card credit. No cash refunds.
- No-shows are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.
- Any lesson participant that is late for their lesson will be considered a No-show or deducted the time absent. Your lesson starts at the given start time and any time used due to absence will be deducted from allocated lesson slot.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MULTI-WEEK PROGRAMS:
- Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the program starting will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Refunds will be in the form of a Nordic Mountain gift card.
- Cancellations 14 days and less are non-refundable.
- By signing up for this class, you commit to the dates listed above and agree to the weather policy below. Refunds, make-up classes, or “rain dates” will not be provided if you miss a class for any reason.
- A weather make-up date is assigned to each program in case we have to postpone a class due to weather. If you cannot attend the make-up date, no refund/gift card will be given.
- A canceled class will be communicated via email only.
- Because Wisconsin weather is highly unpredictable and out of our control, if we have to cancel the Multi-Week program for two or more days due to weather, you will be provided with a prorated gift card. Make-up classes or “rain dates” will not be provided.
